After an extended job- and family-related absence, ENR is back with a vengeance today. You will note a general lack of national stories. We’ll catch up on those tomorrow. State Board selects Martell Menlove to succeed Larry Shumway as State Superintendent. Superintendent Shumway delivers his final State of Education speech.
