In today’s ENR: Gov. Herbert names the finalists who will appear on November’s ballot for State Board of Education. All the incumbents made it through to the ballot. Jordan District split proposition still — at least somewhat — up in the air. Utah State Board of Education Member Kim Burningham says the state should apply for an ESEA waiver extension.
