In today’s ENR: U.S. Senate approves ESSA — the new and improved ESEA — on a vote of 85-12. Next stop: The President’s desk. The Utah delegation was split on ESSA with Sen. Hatch voting “aye” and Sen. Lee voting “nay.” That split was noted nationally and locally. Provo High apparently takes Horace Greeley’s advice by going west (young man). Sen.
