Six new State Board of Education members were sworn in during the January Board meeting.




In its Jan. 8, 2015 meeting, the Utah State Board of Education: Approved a resolution calling upon Utah’s Congressional delegation to amend the federal Elementary and Secondary Education Act. Re-elected David L. Crandall as chairman of the Board and elected David L. Thomas and Jennifer A. Johnson as first and second vice chair, respectively.
